This was my breakfast
today! A great mix of muslie, nuts, Special K and fruit, which will keep me
going nicely until lunch.
Part of a good breakfast, and of course all other meals, is
that you take your time eating. Set aside 15 minutes at the table, sit down and
enjoy your food. Enjoy the taste, don’t
stress and give your body time to get the feeling of fullness.
