Try this!!!!! You can serve the salad by it self or with something from the BBQ.
Quinoa salad
Ingredients (serves 5)
- 1 cup quinoa, uncooked
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1medium onion, red or yellow diced
- 1 can lentils, drained and rinsed
Method
1. Cook quinoa
according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, pour
olive oil into a nonstick pan.
Add the onion to the pan and saute’ over medium heat until tender.
3. Add the lentils and
cooked quinoa to the pan and mix together. Continue to cook for five more minutes.
Serve
immediately and garnish with springs of parsley.
